With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure design and consulting, Eric M. Stevens co-founded Dearadh Telecommunications Consultants alongside a trusted former colleague to bring a client-focused, design-first approach to complex network challenges. As a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) since 2008, he has led the successful planning and execution of projects across data center, enterprise, and industrial environments.

Prior to launching Dearadh, Eric held leadership roles at Panduit Corporation, where he built and scaled the professional services team, drove service innovation, and managed strategic engagements with Fortune 500 clients. Earlier in his career, he served as a Telecommunications Project Manager at Harwood Engineering Consultants, where he specialized in low-voltage system design—including structured cabling, AV, access control, and surveillance—and worked closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to deliver fully integrated building technology solutions. Known for his hands-on leadership, technical precision, and ability to bridge business needs with infrastructure solutions, Eric continues to champion thoughtful, standards-based design as the cornerstone of resilient network systems.

Outside of work, Eric is a dedicated coach and volunteer in the Midwest ski racing community, serving on multiple boards and mentoring student athletes for over two decades. He enjoys spending time with his family and their dog Costa, whether it’s skiing in the winter, water skiing in the summer, or hunting in the fall. His love for the outdoors and commitment to his community reflect the same values he brings to his work—discipline, integrity, and a passion for helping others succeed.
